The office receptionist will be responsible for a variety of tasks. These tasks may include but are not limited to: Answering multi-line phones, greeting customers at the door, pulling replacement parts for customers, setting up service calls, filing, writing up service calls, typing up garage door quotes, and writing up sales orders, and taking payments.
This individual should be proficient in emailing, faxing, filing, Cash, cheque & Credit Card Payments with POS machines, Microsoft Office Word / Excel / and Powerpoint. Preference is given to those with Sage or Simply accounting skills as an added asset. This is an hourly position Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Regular predictable attendance is required.
