Insulated Polyurethane Garage Doors
Richards-Wilcox offers a series of Thermatite Door Systems that are built stronger with their Neufoam™ technology. This is a continuous foaming process that renders cavity-free sections. No air pockets inside the panel ensure superior adhesion of their CFC/HCFC-free polyurethane insulation to the steel skin, preventing delamination and providing exceptional structural integrity. These doors have a higher strength-to-weight ratio, and offers a better thermal barrier (higher R-Value) and resist deflection.
Sections feature thermal breaks and two continuous replaceable seals to minimize airflow. Installed with our highest quality hardware components, Thermatite Doors are engineered to provide many years of worry-free operation and are suitable for a wide range of applications.
Each door is custom built and can be assembled to suit the needs of your garage door right here in our warehouse.

Based on equipment usage we may recommend the following frequency of inspections: Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Annually, and Bi-Annually. We include inspections, and a detailed report of your door’s health, and recommended replacement parts. If you prefer to have all the work done at one time – No problem.
