Stationary Truck Shelter

  • Generally designed to suit 10´ wide x 10´ high openings. Provides full access to the rear of the trailer while creating a tight seal against the top and sides of the truck.
  • Wear flaps are located on the head curtain at the contact areas and a double layer of fabric is sewn onto the bottom 24˝ of the side curtains for added reinforcement.

  • Rigid Inflatable dock shelter is the ideal choice to allow complete, unobstructed access to the rear of a truck/trailer for easier loading/unloading.

Stationary Inflatable Truck Shelters

  • Generally designed to suit 10’ wide x 10’ high openings. Service a large variety of trailer heights.
  • This unit allows full access to the rear of the trailer when loading and unloading. An internal oil-tempered spring on the header air bag and counterweight retraction design on the vertical bags allows the top and side airbags to fully retract when not in use.
  • This design prevents damage from incoming trailers since the unit is inflated after the trailer has docked and deflated before the trailer departs.

Retractable Dock Shelter

  • Retractable dock shelter is best suited for facilities with large doors and where the entire truck/trailer door opening must be unobstructed.

  • Generally designed to suit 10’ wide x 10’ high openings. Provides full access to the rear of the trailer while creating a tight seal against the top and rear of the trailer.
  • The collapsible frame is designed to retract upon impact from the trailer thus reducing pressure against the curtains and extending the life of the unit.
  • This also allows for less pressure against the building wall.

  • Prevents rain from running off the top of a trailer into the dock area.

Rain Shroud Dock Shelter Seal

  • LDC’s Rain Shroud can be retrofitted to your existing unit to keep rainwater out of the loading dock area.
  • A foam wiper blade design creates a tight seal against the top of the trailer to keep rainwater out of the loading dock area.
  • This economical design is virtually maintenance-free with no mechanical parts to wear out.

  • Fixed Header dock seal is a compressible, foam-filled, 3 sided dock seal.

  • Generally designed to suit 8´ wide x 8´ high openings. The Series D100 is recommended when the tightest possible seal is required and full access to the rear of the truck is not required.
  • Two foam side pads and one foam head pad wrap around the door opening, sealing the gap between the building wall and the truck.

  • Adjustable Curtain dock seal is an effective solution for dock doors that service trucks/trailers of varying heights.

  • Generally designed to suit 8´ wide x 10´ high openings. This unit is used to seal higher door openings when a head pad will not work.
  • A top header curtain is supplied with a rope & pulley system that can be raised and lowered to suit a variety of truck heights.
