2″ White Nylon Roller – this white nylon roller is for residential garage doors used to reduce noise and vibration from your garage door (upgrade top of the line)
2″ White Nylon Roller Long Stem – industry upgrade for residential garage doors 12′ – 20′ wide usually used with double end hinge, also reduces door noise and vibration
2″ Steel Roller – this steel roller is used for residential garage doors with bearings (industry standard)
2″ Steel Roller Long Stem – industry standard used with double end hinge usually 12′- 20′ wide doors
2″ Black Plastic Roller – this black plastic roller has no ball bearings and is used for light duty residential sectional garage doors
Garage door hinges hold the panels together. These sectional door hinges are numbered based on the location on your garage door. The hinges that hold the rollers, or end hinges, between the bottom panel of the door and the next highest panel should have the number one. The hinge above that should have the number two, and so on.
Garage door hinges should be inspected for stress fractures and cracks every year. If you notice a popping or snapping sound as your garage door opens or closes, this is usually a sign that your hinges need to be replace.
Torsion Springs – come in a variety of dimensions and are calculated on the weight of your garage door. We highly recommend these springs be replaced by professionals as they are under extreme tension and require a special tool for winding them.
One Piece Springs – usually sold for use on a one piece garage door – various sizes we can match it up with your old springs for the right tension bring your old one in.
Weather seals is an important part of the garage door. This is what surrounds the outside of the garage door to keep the elements out. this completes the look of the garage door and closes off any small gaps in the opening you may have.
If you can see daylight, snow, or rain coming in the garage, or hear the wind blowing in around the garage door it’s time to replace your garage door weather seals. We offer two types of weather seals: Nail on and Screw on.
One style of bottom weather seals is made with a single channel. It is four inches wide and is made of durable, black Vinyl; component that makes the seal excellent in extreme weather conditions
The other style of bottom weather seal is a T Shape, U bottom rubber weather seals. It is available in 3″, 4″ or 6″ wide.
We recommend using our garage door lube to lubricate all moving parts on the garage door – recommended annual application.
Weather Seal Lubricant – used to lubricate the weather seal from drying out – recommended annual application – 8oz can, spray on application
